I've only ever used the drive thru. But they're always pretty fast. Food quality has always been good! They even stuff the... tacos adequately! And I've never had a cheese cup that's less than half full like some places! Sometimes they're direct, butnever rude. I like this location a lot! Read more

5 months ago when still new, it was not too busy for take out. Dine-In this week was not so good. It took me over 16 minutes of... waiting to get my order. I think they prioritize take-out, not dine-in. They ran out of rice for my power bowl. And then therewas a hair in it. The tables were not wiped, the floors dirty, the rest rooms had not been cleaned- trash cans full, and nopaper towels. I wanted to order something else, but no one ever came to the counter. Normally everything is good, but I ordered online 07/28 for pickup at the counter. I get there and the door is locked. Go to... the drive through and they say their computer is down and cant take my order, even thought I ordered online and I got a textsaying it was ready for pickup. They offered no resolution. Hit up the drive thru, the location is nice and the service was timely. Our food order was correct which isn't usually the case... with taco bell. Friendly staff and got what we paid for. We will no longer be going to the eastgate location for taco bell. Read more
I'm a regular at this restaurant and the wait tonight was ridiculous. I was in the drive thru waiting for half an hour, and my... order was incorrect to boot! I ordered 2 Steak nacho fries burritos and got NO fries in them, after asking if they had anyfries. I also asked for no ranch sauce and got sauce on them. I'm at a loss how someone messes up something as simple as this.If you don't have fries just tell me! Wouldn?t even give them one star! Awful experience came here to pick up a doordash the drive thru lady was very very rude said... they never received any doordash orders witch is a lie!!!!!! And they won?t answer the phones for customers or doordash, doorsare locked and they are ignoring the line @drive thru making everyone just pull off! Never again will I come here!! Read more
