Stopped in for a Saturday afternoon visit today. Did not wait for a table, were seated right away. And all three of us had NY... strip steaks. All were perfectly done, as requested. No need for steak sauce here. Great job Chef. And our waitress, Liz, neverlet our drinks empty or interrupted our conversations either. She was wonderful. Read more

The wait time at Texas Roadhouse on a Friday evening is usually quite long, so 40 minutes for 2 wasn't terrible. We were seated... and quickly waited on by Tristen, who did an excellent job throughout our time here. Our rolls were hot and fresh. I ordered thecatfish, my girlfriend ordered the 11oz steak. It came out pretty quickly, and was hot. Her steak was cooked perfectly, veryjuicy and tender. My fish was hot and tender as well. Overall a great experience. Good food, good service, clean, fast. Went there for dinner the other night. As always, they are busy and on a wait. Server - She never missed a beat. Greeted us,... knowledgeable, did all the right steps. Food - Cooked perfect, hot and fresh. Mushrooms were kind of bad looking but I didn'ttell the server to give her the opportunity to make it right. I ate some of them and didn't die. Good Flavor. Manager - A realmanager actually visited the table and asked about our visit. I haven't seen this in YEARS. This was common in restaurants yearsago, not so much now. Post Covid, be happy to see a server at most restaurants visit a table more than 3 times. We try to eathere a few times a year. There is a reason they are on a wait. Great food, great service. Food is always great. Our waitress was very nice, friendly and quick. She came to check on us very often. This location is... always busy. I suggested to use the mobile app to put your name in the waiting list. The only negative is that the girl, who wasworking on table assignment up front, was not that friendly - in a bad mood, and had no eye contact. She wasn't good to be upfront. Read more
Upon arriving and before walking around to the entrance I happened upon several employees cursing out back quite loudly. We got... in and ordered our food, a cactus blossom which was pretty good and the bread was also nice and soft. The steak that wasordered was fairly good as well. In my side I ordered the Road Kill. I tried a few bites, but all I could taste was salt. Thestaff did comp my meal and I chose not to get anything as a replacement. Read more
Great experience at Milford location. Waited 5 minutes to be seated. Our server (Patsy) was great and they had plenty of people... working which is surprisingly these days. The Manager stopped by and asked if we were good and needed anything. The steakswere cooked perfectly as well. The entire staff was working harmoniously together so hats off to the Management Team!
