I'm not a fan of wings and rings. The flavor of food offered here just isn't for me, but I have friends who do like it. However,... this was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a Wings and Rings. The only thing editable was my Queso Dip Pretzelbites. My friends were completely appalled with there meals, to make matters worse, it was coupled with bad service as well. Noutensils, order was taken twice, apparently 4 waters, 2 beers, and a soda wasn't to difficult to accomplish. It was my buddiesbirthday to which we communicated keep the beers coming. He managed to get 2. Needless to say after an hour of some of the worstservice imaginable we were ready to leave. Suddenly we were a hi priority now. I have been to other Wings and Rings and thereokay. As for this location, I would avoid it. To many other close by options with better service and food to spend your money. Read more
For a first time here, I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Kirsten was the sweetest, most attentive... server I?ve had in a long time. She had recommended the lone star lemonade, which was incredible. The food also exceeded myexpectations, but it was the service that had us deciding we would definitely be back. Read more
My husband and I love going to wings and rings to eat and go frequently. Any time we go and have Kirsten, we are greeted... immediately with a smile and have drinks to the table within minutes. She makes the dining experience a great one and lookforward to sitting in her section anytime we are in. Definitely recommend this place and ask for Kirsten next time you?re in! Read more

Kylie is an exceptional server. Whether your at a table or bar she?s such a treat to have taking care of you. She makes... sure your glasses aren?t empty, water or soft drink of course, doesn?t hover needlessly around or over you. Interacts inconversation. We love her. Tonight my wife said go out with your friend for dinner and please bring me something good back. My buddy Charley had the wings... which he said were good. I decided on the Buffalo Chicken Ringer which has but a few drops of Buffalo sauce. It was also to comewith blue cheese dressing which there was none. I actually didn?t realize it until I had eaten the sandwich. The sandwich wasok. Definitely not impressed. I?d take a chick Filet anytime over it. The fries were good. Probably the worst was taking theLarge Buffalo Chicken Salad home. The only thing large was the box. There was maybe 1/2 a cut up chicken breast if that. It wassupposed to be grilled chicken in Buffalo sauce. There was absolutely No Buffalo Sauce on the chicken whatsoever. This is the new iteration/layout for BWR. It is very well done and offers more cool spaces (both indoor and outdoor) to hang... out. The food and beer selection were good and our server and everyone else we interacted with there were extremely friendly,helpful and welcoming. Read more
I tell you what. I?ve been to plenty of restaurants, dealt with plenty of employees. Not one time did I feel as welcome as I did... when I ordered Carry out and dealt with Jordan. Jordan was super friendly , truly cared about getting me taken care of , andI?ve never had anybody as kind as Jordan. The beechmont location is closer to me, but because Of Jordan any time I go to Wingsand Rings I will take the extra drive just because I know with Jordan I will be taken care of. As someone who has worked incustomer service his entire life, I can?t be any more appreciative of employees like her. You?ve earned my business for good. Read more
