The appetizer and main dish recommended by our very knowledgeable and efficient server were excellent. It’s always been my... favorite eatery in Milford and will continue to be the place to go for sophisticated dining. Read more

We've been dining at the Fauchere for years, literally since it reopened a little over 10 years ago. The atmosphere is... incredible as you are dining in a completely restored 150 year old hotel. The menu was always limited and a bit pricey forMilford, but the food was good and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, under the new ownership, while the service is stilloutstanding the menu has not changed much other than the quality of the food being just completely unacceptable. On our lastcouple of visits, steak (at $38 each) completely overcooked, despite us asking for medium rare. The same with burgers the timeprior to that. I certainly hope the new owners read this as we're locals and believe me this is the consensus among everyone weknow who has dined here recently. We won't return until again until we start hearing better feedback. Read more

I was really excited for my first visit to Bar Louis but aside from unique photo’s hung on walls the place smelt very musty... and old. We were a party of four and all dinners were less than good. I visit Milford often and would recommend other reallygood places very near. Sorry but true Read more

A very nice restaurant with an excellent atmosphere. The menu is very interesting and reasonably priced. The waitress was so... pleasant and did her best but she could obviously use some training. No credit card surcharge is a plus plus too. We'lldefinitely be back. Read more

Stopped by as Delmonicos was not taking walk ins -had a large group to accommodate. Walked over to Bar Louis, sadly have loved... the place in the past, but standing there to have the bar tender look back and not acknowledge my presence was a bit unsettling, regardless of the engaging conversation he was having with the only table in the bar, he should have excused himself and askedif needed assistance , table? The only person trying to help was the busser, which could not as he did not know how yo guideus. Read more

I took someone to brunch here at the Delmonico Room on a Sunday. We had bellinis and warm crossaints. My friend had eggs... Benedict and I had the frittata. The food was delicious! We had a very nice time, the service was nice, and the atmosphere waspleasant. It was a little warm inside though, that is the only criticism I would make. Would recommend!! Read more

What a cozy little place in Mildford! We were road-tripping around Pennsylvania and found this little gem at the Hotel... Fauchere. The food was delicious and very fresh. I had the chicken sandwich- it came as a very crispy yet juicy chicken breastwith crunchy pickles! I had the French fries as a side and they were so unique: crispy on the outside and very puréed on theinside, salted to perfection! Service a little slow; no one filled our glasses with the remaining wine (we had a bottle ofrosé - La Vie on Rose), although it was not particularly busy. Very sweet and welcoming regardless. Would love to come back! Read more

Best cocktails in town. French-inspired menu with classic flavors. The duck crepes were inventive and unforgettably flavorful.... Quiet, low-lit atmosphere was great for talking. Read more
