My family has had positive experiences at the Hotel over the years, unfortunately this Thanksgiving we all ended up with severe... food poisoning following the Thanksgiving family style dinner. Nearly one week later and we are all still very sick. I reachedout to the Hotel via email to notify them, but never received a response. I would definitely NOT recommend eating here!! Read more

While I have not stayed at the hotel per se - it is only because I live locally. But if you enjoy the idea of casual luxuries -... you will not be disappointed with the sophisticated decor and historic essence. I often go here for any one of their threerestaurants. The outdoor Fauchere dining is quite lovely in the summer / spring - and even in the fall... Overall, you may finda slight flaw here or there, e.g., higher pricing than other locations... you may hear a bit of street noise while sleepingbecause - it is on the main avenue... but overall, I imagine it is a stay worth experiencing, as many do. This review is for the restaurant. I was traveling through town and almost picked Perkins but happened upon this place while... checking in for the Tom Quick Inn. Thank goodness I did. The food was absolutely delicious. Staff was friendly and attentive. Ihad such a fantastic meal that I am still thinking about it. If you are in Milford, this place is 100% worth a try! The chickenand the snail was delicious!!! Read more

We only ate in the very nice atmosphere restaurant. The menu is very interesting and reasonably priced. The waitress was so... pleasant and did her best but she could obviously use some training. No credit card surcharge is a plus plus too. We'lldefinitely be back. Read more

Absolutely lovely to bring your dog for a stay. Great staff, cool rooms, right in the centre of town. Breakfast was excellent,... and the evening restaurant was fantastic. However, this hotel is quite expensive. Read more

I live within a half hour of the hotel and go there for the restaurant. The Chef/Cook "Carlos" produces some delicious and... succulent plates, all prepared so fresh, tasty, generous proteins, and with excellent presentation. The rest of the grounds ofthe hotel are beautiful with gardens, fountains, and very well kept restrooms and hallways. Donna, in reception, will leavenothing unturned. Her warm personality lights up the place. Read more

Amazing stay with my partner and our dog. We met the owner in the parking lot when we arrived and he welcomed us to the hotel.... The location is lovely and perfect for a quaint getaway. The restaurant food was above average, but nothing to write home about. The included breakfast was tasty and light. The quiche was fantastic. They had water bowls and treats for my dog. Overall it wasa perfect stay away from the city for the weekend. Highly recommend checking out the local breweries, some can be walked to. Andthe cherry blossoms are lovely at the right time of the year. Read more
