They are super understaffed. 1 of the managers knowing that they are understaffed she was talking on her cell phone instead of... taking orders. There was nobody in the lobby taking orders. The staff seemed very disorganized. They ignored the counter for quite a while. They were very abrupt and rude. I ordered an... egg biscuit sandwich, a hash brown and a small OJ. It took way to long to get my food. My biscuit was hard and I did not get thescrambled egg that is supposed to be on the sandwich. I will not be going back again. Read more
If I could rate 0 I would, I always have issues with this place and they never get my order right. But I am a genuine nice... person and I?m always polite and even leave tips. But I?m completely disgusted with the way I was treated this morning. At thevery first second I pulled up to the window the lady wouldn?t let me finish talking. I was trying to order a coffee and she cutme off immediately and basically ordered my coffee for me. And on top of that, none of our coffees (I ordered three) were maderight. I asked light and sweet (I have low blood sugar) and they were very dark brown and had absolutely no sugar what so ever.And the coffee was burnt as well (which idk how bc it was iced coffee). My entire coffee was filled with coffee grinds, in thecoffee itself and all over the cup. And they asked us to pull forward to get our hash browns because they were ?being freshlymade? but when we got them they were ice cold and tasted like the fish filet. I will definitely not be coming here, atleast notin the morning anymore. We only came to McDonald?s because Dunkin is under remodel. Read more
Ran here for a quick lunch. I had a few people in front of me on line. The person behind the register was more concerned about... the other coworker who was talking about when he clocks out and the conversation went on for two customers. The manager was notpay attention to this. Read more
I'm not one to leave a review at a McDonalds of all places but here I am. Young man with shaggy hair was doing an OUTSTANDING... job managing and you can tell he was trained very well. Place was clean as can be. I'm impressed. Read more
The kiosk ordering system is great but they forgot our drink cups. The folks waiting at the next table had the same issue as did... another table we saw. $24 for two combos is probably the standard with inflation, but you can do better elsewhere for a fewdollars more and eat healthier. Oh well, it's Mickey D's and at least its standardized wherever you go. Read more

Thus place has gone down hill. First of all they don't use gloves and are putting there hands in ur bag after they take ur money... or card ... disgusting! Me and my daughter went inside cause the line was long in the drive thru so i ordered and waited andwaited finally food comes out to our table fries cold so I go to the front and tell them they say we'll it's gonna be about 2minutes ok no problem after 3 minutes I'm still waiting at the counter watching others getting there stuff I finally left threwthe all our stuff out and said never again. $39 DOWN THE DRAIN.
