Been here three times. I love the gluten free pizzas and salads. This place is always clean and the staff is very friendly,... except one waiter who made it abundantly clear to the hostess in front of us that he does not want anymore patio seats becausehe is in the bar area and doesn't want to forget customers sitting out on the patio. He had one table on the patio. It wasreally inappropriate behavior on his part and I'm glad he wasn't our waiter. Read more
I've been to this location a couple of times with my colleagues, and it's always been a hit. Great location, and the star of the... show is the bartender. He is attentive, remembers his guests, and makes us feel at home when we go. I had the Shrimp Scampi, andit was delicious. I'm sure I'll become a regular here. Read more
Like the atmosphere of this place but disappointed with the slow service and food. The restaurant wasn't full but took long time... to get our first drinks and then the refill. Servers were all nice though. Pizza was good but Mexican spicy fettuccine has notaste. So tried to put more salt and pepper to taste but pepper shaker didn't work well. Read more
Literally horrible. Our server brought us a water - forgot our drinks. Then our meals came out completely separate. Two of us... got our dinners an hour after sitting there & out of respect waited for the rest of our party to receive their food. We waitedan extra (20min) and our food was cold. We never got our drinks & then when we did - we were done eating. We then had two waitfor our check or to even see our server. He never came to ask if we were okay - never checked on us. Haven't been here in ages. Last minute get together with a friend. Forgot how great CPK was. Need to make sure I go more often.... More than pizza. Chicken Piccata was perfect. Next time I have to try the Shrimp Scampi Zucchini. Our server Jacquelyn was thebest. Read more
This Mililani branch is always bustling. And staff stays professional and courtesy. Food is very flavorful and we enjoy the take... out utensils and packaging. Definitely good food, decent pricing, and friendly atmosphere. The only reason they don't get aperfect 5 stars, is we have ordered the same menu items dining in and take out ( 3 times dining in and 2 times take out) and wedo not get the same serving sizes when doing take out. This is for appetizers and sides. We noticed and commented to management.Offered us a reorder or refund. Which was super refreshing and unexpected. Overall great place to dine in, bar is always a wayto get in and out quickly, and great customer service. Read more
I want to give the place a break with "covid numbers" and all, but extremely slow service is difficult to deal with 3 kids. 2... regular pizzas and 2 keiki meals, and we were there just over 2 hours. On top of that, we ordered the $10 take and bake pizzas(BBQ chicken and 1 cheese)....thank God I had my own mozzarella cheese at home!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't take a photo before I putcheese on the BBQ one, but I thought about it on the cheese one because I literally laughed when I saw it. Read more
This is my second time here and I must say out server was great he took the time to listen to everyone and made sure he took our... order right which was great. The last 2 time we came here in the past was not a good experience. In the past we had to waitalmost 2 hours for our food to come and we had wrong orders and the food was not very tasty. This time ther service had improvedand the food did not take as long. The only thing is the pasta was not as cooked well and was on the dry side, other than thatit was good considering we were a party of 16 people with kids. So this is why I gave 4 stars they were able to accommodate usand were ok with all the kids. Read more
