I have Celiac disease so I don't eat out much to make sure I don't get cross contaminated. I ordered the Ceasar salad with no... croutons and made sure to tell the waiter I had Celiac so no gluten. I like good Ceasars dressing and I was surprised by howfresh their dressing tasted. I also had some coffee and it was delicious. The waiter was very busy but he made sure to make is afresh pot of coffee and come back around for refills. I can add this Chili's to my list of places I feel safe eating at andthat's always a good experience. Read more

The service was really great but the food was disgusting. I tried a chicken sandwich tonight and the chicken was very rubbery... and tasteless. The food is definitely not worth the price or stomach ache. Read more

We have loved going to Chili's for many years, quite often at this location, and for the most part, have always had excellent... service and food. The service on this occasion was horrible. We arrived mid-afternoon and the restaurant wasn't very busy. After being seated, it took quite awhile for our server to come to our table. We placed our order for chips and salsa, a sodaand two drinks from the bar. After another long wait, our server returned with the chips and salsa and the soda. She told us shehad been waiting on the bartender who was nowhere to be found. So we cancelled our drink orders and changed them to a water anda soda. We ordered our food. While we waited, our server helped out the many tables around us multiple times, but avoided ourtable-- never once checking to see if we needed anything. We had to get the attention of other servers to help us get more chipsand salsa. We also couldn't get refills on our beverages. Finally our server came back to our table after we had been therealmost an hour already to tell us that our food would be ready soon. At this point, we told them we just wanted our check and toleave. Within 5 minutes our food miraculously appeared carried in by the manager and another server. We told them to take itback and that we just wanted our check. I was truly shocked that even after explaining to the manager about the terrible servicewe received, she still charged us for the chips and salsa and two sodas (which we never even got refills for since our servernever once checked on us after taking our food order). We have always loved dining here, but after this experience, I can'timagine going back to the Mililani, Hawaii location. We will probably try another Chili's in the future, but it will be awhilesince this experience has lowered our opinion and view of the management and service of this company and how much they valuetheir customers. I honestly love the restaurant theme and there food. All of there foods are flavorful and great. Overall the grilled chicken and... egg rolls are my favorite. I?m so happy that they brought back the cheese bites. Overall chilis will always be my favorite. Read more

Really poor quality food! My wife?s quesadilla explosion salad was really gross. Lettuce was mainly core pieces that should?ve... been discarded and the chicken was NOT grilled. It was soggy and wet like it was pulled from a plastic bag. The bun on my burgerwas very dry and stale. Ordered the skillet chocolate chip cookie and stopped eating it after one bite!! The cookie tastedstrongly like burnt/charred meat. I will definitely not be returning to Chili?s. Read more

It felt like we were playing different levels of the guess/waiting game. First level, guess who's gonna approach/seat you?... Second level, guess when your waiter/waitress will come to your table? Third level, will your food be warm or cold when youfinally get it? Forth level, when can we get the check & leave? Fifth level, guess why your waitress only gave you back thepaper money & not your coins? There was no hostess, which is fine but the wait til someone approached us was ridiculous. My wife and I wanted to get drinks and something to eat , so I suggested Chili's. It was a short wait about 15 minutes or so. We... ordered our drinks a Midori sour blended for her and I got a texas type alcoholic lemonade for me. I ordered a triple dipperappetizer with big bites southwestern egg rolls and habanero mango chicken wings , while she ordered a smokehouse combo with dryrub ribs and brisket. Food and drinks were good. We never ended getting any chips and salsa, I was also disappointed to learn nopotato skins for my triple dipper. I was also informed that the southwestern egg rolls were out ( I doubled up on the bigbites). It was still a good experience. Read more

This place has good food an great service. It was also very clean. Their alcohol prices are through the roof. $7 for 1 draft... beer and $11 for 1 glass of wine No thx. Also drinks cost extra for the kids meals. Read more
