Food was terrible. Upon walking In it took more than 5 mins for anyone to even acknowledge us, even tho no one else was there.... And even after the wait the food was dry and shoddy. They can just never get it right. The time it took for food to come out wasspeedy, too bad it wasn't for better food. I don't expect supreme quality for fast food but I'd also hope for an $11 burger itwouldn't be dry as all hell. Read more
Horrible quality, every fried item has the flavor of old dirty oil. All fried items are warm at best. Burgers are dry and look... like leftovers re heated on the grill Gross all around, never going back to this one Read more
We waited in drive thru line for over 30 minutes just to get to the window to nasty attitude from cashier. My kids nuggets were... dark has if it were leftovers they refried so of course they didn?t eat it. They also forgot our 2 orders of tacos not worthgoing back at all. Read more

Clean atmosphere, a nice surprise to find very fresh greens in a generous large chicken salad. A plus today is it wasn't... crowded, probably because it's a rainy day. The kid cheeseburger meal was a perfect size serving, perfect for small oldersenior adult eaters 90 years and older. Comes with a large soda pop drink. We instead opted for hot coffee in the chip. Ordered ahead and pd... Still didn't have my order ready after 30 minutes. Had to show proof I even pd on line. A man outside... spraying water on stairs and entrance door made it very slippery to enter the resturant to get my food. He didn't even stopwatering the area after I entered and I almost slipped inside... poor management... No respect and sense of kindness. Plus myfood was cold when they handed it to me... Must have been hiding behind the register the whole time!!! Never going thereagain... Save your money and go elsewhere. No condiments that I asked for such as ketchup and sweet & sour sauce for my now coldegg rolls. I'm so disappointed... What happened to Jack in the Box. Seems like New Owners since the other one closed inMililani.. So sad.. Another gentle man waiting, finally got 3 of his pre ordered drinks only after me, realizing they tooforgot about him and he was there before me... his kids now screaming in his car!!! ????
