My 1st Time Trying & I Got A Giant #8 Club Sub Comes With Turkey, Ham, PROVOLONE CHEESE, And Bacon. I Also Asked Them To Put... So, I would have to rate this somewhere in the middle because me, being someone who's gone to Philadelphia on more than one... occasion because I have family from philly... I had to try the Mike's Famous Philly. Now don't get me wrong. The flavor isthere. But!! There were a few key things about the sandwich for me that was missing. :/ I enjoyed it. But no sandwich in Hawaiibeats an original Philly cheese steak sandwich. BUT!! their other sandwiches are actually really good. With the differentchoices of meat, the lettuce, the vinegar and red wine juice and the seasonings... augh. It's so good. :D oh! And can't forgetthe tomatoes and onions. It all mixed so well together! So, while some sandwiches are good, some are just so much betterbecause of how different it is from the others. :) In terms of rating, jersey Mike's is probably 2nd on my list when it comesto the chain of sandwich places I've been to. :3 Read more
After waiting for close to 15 minutes they didn?t make my order correctly and the guy had to open up my sandwich and add the... items I requested so he made my sandwich more of a mess. I would rather go to subway since they make it just how you want it andit costs me $4 to $5 less and the customer service is always outstanding. Read more

I was skeptical when Jersey Mike's opened up in the former Subway space at the Town Center of Mililani. Subway was never... anyone's first choice for a meal, offering passable but mostly affordable sandwiches. When its competitor Quizno's folded upshop, which offered tastier but pricier fare, I figured another sandwich shop with great looking food at higher-than-fast-foodprices wasn't going to last long. I've been proven wrong so far, though, with Jersey Mike's finding a strong following, andwith delicious subs that earn their $10+ price tags. The meat combinations are great, sliced on the spot, and most everyone getstheir subs prepared "Mike's Way," adding onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil and spices. And they get extra points foradding a "mini" sandwich option, below the "regular" option, which won't be filling for a construction worker but is just theright size for a kid, or for grandma. Unlike Subway, which was where you'd end up when nothing else seemed exciting, JerseyMike's is worth a special visit. Read more
This was the first time we have been here and honestly to me it was nothing special. Prices are ridiculous... Take a look at my... receipt. First, they had my order wrong. I should have told them the number I wanted because they screwed up my sandwich. Butthe guy taking the order was really nice. I liked his attitude and he even joked with us. I didn't want to take my sandwichback so I ate it anyway. Second, The girl at the register seemed in a rush. Not very polite. I kind of had a feeling it musthave been a long day for her so I observed her when she took someones order...sure enough she had that same attitude. After afew minutes, she was done working and sat at a table. Third, the tables wasn't clean but we just wiped it down with a napkin. Ok so now on to the sandwiches. We had #17 and #56. But I wanted the Big Kahuna with vegetables only. We thought thesandwiches were ok. I could've just went to Charlie's. However, I loved the bread and the cheese. The meat was ok. Myhusband doesn't want to eat here again and he is from the East Coast. I still want to give it another try but I want to goduring the day and will make sure they get my order correct this time. I may change my review if the daytime crew can do betterthan the night crew. We will see. Read more
Been here for 30 minutes, they are backed up which is why I waited for so long but majority of the time was spent for 2... sandwiches. I'm not sure if its a training issue or what but it is quite clear that this establishment has no clue how to worktogether or communicate.
