My boyfriend ordered my usual brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso drink with 1 extra pump of syrup and instead of getting extra... I was given no syrup. I under mistakes happen but this is a huge mistake and was extremely upsetting that we didn't find outuntil he arrived at home with the drink. For some odd reason there have been alot baristas messing this simple drink up andafter spending so much money on Starbucks it's getting annoying. Read more
Ordered mobile and waited over 15 mins for my 1 drink......they had 6 workers but it seemed that the walk in orders were... faster...why have mobile order then??????? Read more
Always enjoy a Starbucks drink. As always very pricey and the last 3 or 4 visits, recipes or staff seem to lack the luster of... the Starbucks brand. Limiting visits from twice a week to twice a month now. Read more
Not very happy I normally get a salted caramel mocha frappe and this is the second time I've been here hoping it would get... better. So I ordered it and not only is the caramel drizzle on top extra $0.75 they charge you $0.50 for extra topping as wellwhen they are out of the topping for the specific drink I ordered. And it's supposed to have toffee nut in it it taste likechocolate so I won't be visiting this one anymore Read more
I requested curbside pickup. They had only 3 stalls. They were full and not moving. No one in any of them. I went inside. ... There was a line waiting. 3 of them were the cars in curbside pickup. Not sure what the problem was!! Staff apologized. Read more
Best Starbucks on the island. + Fast (recommend using your mobile app to skip the line) +They get to know you. +Hard working.... If it takes long to get your drink it's usually due to the volume of orders and not the employees. +Plenty of seating (for aStarbucks). -I miss the old days when each Starbucks had their own feel and look to them. Drinks are always well made and staff is super friendly, however they never have any new release cups, like ever.
