This is a terrible location for mobile ordering, my order is never ready when I arrive and more often than not it isn't even... processed. DON'T MOBILE ORDER THIS LOCATION, IT WILL GET LOST! All I ever order is coffee so I know it shouldn't take like 20minutes to process this order. All the workers are either rushed or barely doing anything. One Starbucks looks like all the rest - a manufactured set piece trying to replicate traditional European coffee shops but only... succeeds in being a mockery of its own self. Coffee is overpriced and burned. Go to the McDonalds down the street where theircoffee is rated superior to SB at just 99 cents. Read more
I wasnt very happy to find that my mobile order drinks, even though written, are made the standard way. So no whipped cream, ... extra pumps or drizzle... even though I paid for it. I ordered 3 drinks.... only 1 had a stopper, and I was given attitude whenI asked for stoppers for the other 2. No carrier was offered... even after she saw I came in with my 2 year old. They seem very intense in here. They were a little unsure of policy (like how refills work) and bristled at my kind and... insider-savvy knowledge that this store had not yet been remodeled. As a former Starbucks employee, you can very easily make thecustomer feel like a guest rather than the enemy with some basic tweaks. Just be kind and happy to see folks! And if you don'tknow how things work, let it be a growing opportunity and not a source of tension. Read more
This is a small Starbucks, but it's neat and the staff is friendly. There was a short wait for our drinks which was good.... There's also outdoor seating if the inside is too crowded or loud. There are no bathrooms unlike most Starbucks too. Read more
