Worker at shift change made it known that someone would be with me shortly, & repeated herself waiting until I answered her,... although I didn?t have a problem with waiting. The slowest service imaginable. Needs to hire younger employees who know how to keep up the pace of what?s suppose to be fast... food. Everytime I decide to eat here, I wait over half my lunch break waiting on them. This store is kinda hit and miss for me. Sometimes I come in and the employees are very nice and friendly, other times I come in... and no one will greet me and seem annoyed that they have to work. Also they don't practice keeping 6 ft from customers so Iwon't be returning to this location. Read more
I'm giving one star because zero isn't an option Just had made the worse sandwich ever. The guy working at Subway Kipapa acts... as though if he gives you just a decent amount of fixings. It's going to come out of his paycheck. I eat there all the time andI've never had such a thin cheaply made sandwich. I regret that I paid $25 for the sandwiches. I even told him twice to add moretopping. Even with him adding more it was still far less then what's normally put on, without me having to say anything. And myTuna sandwich was so little tuna, I asked him to add more. Then they had the nerve to charge me for extra tuna. Although it wasstill LESS than what's normally put on it without me saying anything. He literally scraped from the top as if it was almostgone. This Subway is honestly pretty embarrassing. It?s the closest one to our house and we go pretty often, but I can?t say it?s been... even a decent experience in the last 7 or 8 months. There?s always new kids working who can neither communicate nor cut bread,the store is falling apart, and most recently the toaster oven has broken with no ETA on that ever being fixed as I?ve beentold.
