We like Taco Bell but the staff could use better training on customer service (greeting us, saying thank you) just common... courtesy. The food was just thrown into the bag which was very unpleasant. Our burritos were smashed flat and our crunchy tacoswere broken. When opening the chalupas, it was so sloppily thrown together that most of the filling was either outside of theshell itself or falling out. Such a shame on a great restaurant. Read more
Taco Bell?s food is decent and my partner and I love getting the breakfast crunch wrap. Unfortunately, it says taco bell opens... at 7 on the door and the website but every time we go (around 7:15) they are NEVER open. It?s so disappointing. The drivethrough doesn?t even open at the advertised time. If they won?t be open at 7 they shouldn?t advertise being open at 7. Read more
2nd time in less than 5 visits here and it?s clearly under crewed. A good sign any restaurant be a bad experience that used to... do inside dine but is closed because of under crew?any under crewed food service place where the crew can?t make up for themissing workers is much the same probable bad experience too. Got my custom app order wrong even after 3-5 times telling themthe order this time?last visit I got little fries with a steak and not much fries & steak order. I was going to give thelocation a chance again but until I see crew working well here I?ll just order drinks. This is a way below average Taco Belllocation in my experience. I would give it zero stars if I could. Went through the drive-thru to order a Mango Whipped Freeze slushy which they have signs... for in front of the building and have it all over the menu, despite advertising it, ?this location does not have them yet.? Thisgoes without saying, if the product is not available, why have signs posted and displayed on the menu! Read more
This location is absolute garbage! We stopped to dine-in for once and there were teenagers running the place with bad attitudes.... We had our small children with us and started to notice explicit language in the music they were playing over the loudspeakerfor all to hear. I?m guessing they were playing their own personal music but have the decency to turn your trash off when kidsare around! Not only was the service trash, every one of our 4 orders tasted wrong. The tortillas were stale, the veggies tastedrotten, it was all just off. Not up to usual Taco Bell standards. I understand that it?s fast food and I can?t expect topquality, but nobody deserves to pay for garbage. I will never go back to this Taco Bell. Read more
One of the few fast food chains I come to, but not quite as often. It's good for when we're in the mood for just to quickly grab... a bite to eat when we can't make up our minds of where else to go. The website, app, and hours posted on the door all say they open at 0700. But 75% of the time I order in the app and show up,... they are still closed. When I asked the manager about it, she said the cashier doesn't show up until 0730 and they don't openuntil 0800. Read more
