Went through the drive-thru and odered two chicken ranch snack wraps, two fries and two drinks. Was given the first fries and... drinks and was asked to wait 7 minutes while they cooked fresh chicken strips for the wraps. Waited for a while and finally gota bag of just the wraps and not the second fries, opened up the wraps and it was a McChicken patty cut in half, a slice ofcheese instead of shredded and McChicken sauce instead of Ranch. Went for my normal medium double double regular coffee ? Special advertising for $1 plus tax and the order lady said it was... $2.10 ??? I asked isn't there a special of $1, and she said no. Why do these little things bug me? Poor management. Read more
Great chocolate milkshakes. I also like the fact that you can an egg McMuffin made fresh on your arrival all day long.
The lineup was 5 deep at the drive-thru and I waited 30 min to get to the speaker to take my order. A med mcflurry with half the... amount of smarties.When I finally got it,it was filled with chocolate syrup and smarties. It was sooo sweet . I was sodisappointed, but I was too far down the highway to turn around. Read more
Very poor customer service, and the slowest wait time consistently. Tim hortons is next door, and they take there drive through... time seriously. No reason a coffee should take 7 minutes every morning. Read more
At the drive through ehen we got the iced coffee frapps, we were surprised to see most missing. Only filled on the second line.... When we inquired, were told the manager said only fill to second line. For the price, it seems odd that now you're only feelingto that line personally I would rather see a smaller cup all the way full. Then this cup which is barely full. I wouldunderstand if it was a $2 drink but it's almost $3 for a small. Id rather go to starbucks and pay the $3 for a small frappywhich is filled up. On a positive note, the fries were hot, burgers hot and tasty. Read more
This location is pretty consistently terrible. It nearly always has a significantly longer wait than the restaurants around it,... both in store and drive thru. They have, on multiple occasions, forgotten essential parts of the meal (ie no egg on the eggmcmuffin). The staff also seem actively miserable and undertrained. Read more
Understaffed. 20 minutes for two meals, nothing exceptional. Friendly staff, just way over worked
