Placed two orders in the last couple of weeks and they messed up our order BOTH times! Ordered thin crust, got thick crust, and... a few toppings were placed on the wrong side. Ended up throwing most of it away. So disappointed. Update: Panago wasprofessional and quick to resolve this issue via email so I have increased the rating. I?ll give them another try and update itagain after the next order, hopefully everything goes well! Really appreciate good customer service! I've witnessed panago delivering to my next door neighbor, same address, 20ft away...I can not get one delivered to me online or... phone.. horrible system and rude employees...order elsewhere! Read more
I often order a customized individual pizza that normally ends up costing about $12-13 because of the toppings I get. It is very... frustrating to have this happen (more than once) where toppings are forgotten, slapped on after its cooked, to make theappearance that this is how it should look. I get that it gets busy, but for the high price of the extra toppings, we thecustomers really appreciate when you take the time to make the pizza right in the first place, and not look like a slappedtogether "oops I forgot something" lackluster job Read more
edit: customer service got back to me rather swiftly to correct things. The text below is relevant but the rating has been... changed due to the excellent response. Wrong size, wrong toppings, missing toppings and a stellar job on slicing it up. Orderplaced on-line 4 hours in advance but looks like a rush job. Original review 2019: I've ordered hundreds of pizzas/side/drinks from here, they have not made any mistakes yet! Absolutely... great pizzas, fast, easy to order online or through the call center, nice staff. Would recommend. Update March 2022: Qualityhas degraded but a noticeable amount. Amount to toppings has decreased leaving much larger crust ring around outer area ofpizza. The cutting of the pizzas have become very uneven, some slices are double the size of others. The great deals for goodvalue combos have gone extinct. When this Panago first opened they were easily a 5-star pizza place, but now it's consistently a3-star experience. Read more
Pizza was not up to my expectations. Toppings were sparse and only covered the centre part of the pie leaving 2 inches of crust... around the edge with nothing on it. Should have read the reviews before ordering. I will look elsewhere for a pizza. Read more
We ordered 2 med pizzas, garlic cheezy bread, 4 dips and a 2 L pop. The time from order to delivery was alright but our pizza... and cheezy bread was room temp at best. It appeared as if they took it off the heating lamp after it sat a couple hours. Thetoppings were almost non existent. We were so disappointed as we are low income and can only get take-out/delivery maybe once ortwice a year. This has happened twice now. I gave it 2 stars because the delivery driver was friendly, happy and had a greatattitude and because of that, he got a tip. Read more
It's Panago pizza, it's not great, it's not terrible, it simply is. Will go again.
