I had an emergency today. I lost my car keys. My phone was in the car. I went into Subway and asked the girl to call me a... taxi. She said they didn?t have a phone. I said what? Not impressed with the cleaning of the payment terminal. It had smudges and fingerprints on it. WhenI asked if they will clean... it I was told there were plastic gloves for use.....after I had paid. She did not seem to think it was important to clean theterminal, Will not return until after Covid. Quite upset with the response and the smudgy terminal. Read more

I have never seen a dirtier subway !!!! there was food that had been in the cracks of the service order where the food sits, it... looked like a weeks worth. All the staff member could say was" she just came in and opened" I know from experience the food getstaken out of that area and refrigerated properly, and if it wasn't then there's another problem. I will be notifying the healthinspection agency as well. Read more

Went to this location yesterday at around 9:40, about 20 minutes until close. The one kid working there told us when we got in... that the debit machine was down and we needed to pay with cash. No worries, we head to the ATM and come back with cash. Thekid's helping someone else, it's about 9:45 now. His transaction with them takes over 10 mins because he needed to calculate thetotal price by hand so we wait patiently, and after waiting he tells us that since the machine's down he's unable to serve us.By this point it was about 2 minutes until close. Firstly, if the machine was down and he was unable to serve us, why did herecommend us go to the ATM to get cash and then watch us stand there waiting for him only to tell us we can't be served?Secondly, we literally watched him serve the people in front of us no problem. Immediately after we left he locked the doorbehind us and pulled out his phone. Nice kid, great dude... Real impressed. Read more
