My first time going I got the special it was wonderful! I mean for the price this is worth it they give you more than what you... pay for I mean comparing them to the rest of California a sub a bag of chips and soda would normally run $20 in San Franciscobut here all that is $12 ! I got an Italian to-go for picnicking in Muir Woods, and I was not disappointed! The sammich was a perfect lunch to enjoy under... the trees in the parking area where food is allowed, and this place was right on the way. If you're looking for a hoagie likeyou get in Philly, this place will give you a taste of home. Read more
The sandwiches are good, but the hours that are posted online and on their phone answering machine are wrong. They never seem to... be open until 6pm, and on multiple occasions I have checked the hours, called to verify and showed up to find they areclosed. Not sure why they aren't open later, seems like a great option to get sandwiches for dinner instead of going to Grilly'sor one of the other Mill Valley options. Read more
Don't waste your time!!! I've been to this place 4 times and been able to get a meatball sub once. Never going back!! That one... time it was pretty good, but being out of product that often is pretty bad. Other buddies of mine have had the same experienceof not being able to get sandwich they wanted. I guess that's the difference between a (real) sub shop back home on the eastcoast versus a shop in california - the full menu is rarely available out here. Read more
Ok tasting, kinda light on the meat, but way to expensive, $13 for a 6" itialian sub? Geez....I'm still hungry after eating it.... Online menu says $9.
