Oh, boy. Where should I begin? Let's start with a positive. The place is nice. Not a great one, but pleasant enough, all... considered. There's a couple of sitting areas inside, a bar and a large outside tent, thanks to Covid. Problem is that it'ssupposed to be a restaurant and not just a lounge. Which brings me to their food. It is horrendously bad. One would think thatit's virtually impossible to ruin shrimp and grits, right? Wrong. The three unpeeled, overcooked and oversalted shrimps arrivedaccompanied by equally terrible mash. A friend had what was supposed to be a vegetable curry. What arrived was borderlineinedible. Starters were just OK. I could continue but, in short, this place is awful. Never again. Read more
Hamachi Poppers, Kale Caesar's Salad are a must! Fried Oysters were overdone, so was the Fried Chicken which was on the small... side, almost like a Cornish Hen and could have done without the Petrale. Haven't been back since pre-Pandemic. Well thought outside dining, very competent waiters, menu filled with a nice variety of options.
We went there for a special dinner, no water, food under cooked and over salty and I had my wine glass knocked over and it... broke, wine and glass all over table and chair. No apologies. The bill was incorrect, charging us for 4 glasses of wine insteadof two (one of which they knocked over and didn’t replace). Triple check your bill or even better go somewhere else.Disappointed Read more
Absolutely fantastic experience. Delicious food and drinks in a lovey outdoor patio. We had the pasta bolognese, the short ribs,... and a salmon filet. All were absolutely fantastic! The short ribs with the horseradish mashed potatoes were prob my favorite.The old fashioned was delicious too. I can’t say enough about how accommodating they were with our lack of reservation anddietary restrictions. SO great! Read more
Food is good. Price on the average. The seared tuna appetizer it’s the best thing we had there.
Love this place. Love the atmosphere , love their foods as well! The server was very friendly and attentive. Flatbread and... hummus had a bit of spicy flavor which i didn’t expect but i loved it a lot! Oysters need to be cleaned a bit more, I keptgetting skin(?) or stone in the shell. But overall amazing experiences, and definitely will come back ! Read more
