We had a delightful brunch in the Rock & Rye cafe (South American cuisine) which is located in the entry courtyard of this... wonderful music hall. The courtyard is an indoor-outdoor space which is beautifully designed and landscaped with a retractableroof. The staff are welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and upbeat. Why aren’t chairs provided? First time in the “new” Sweetwater and although we enjoyed Jeff Baxter we had to stand for an... hour for another band before he appeared. The website isn’t clear about reserving the few available seats that line the hallalthough we arrived at 7 PM to wait outside to get good seats and when we got in, found they were all reserved. Not like thegreat “old”/original Sweetwater! Jeff Baxter was great but after standing so long, we left after three numbers. Read more

Always a good time here. They were very diligent in checking Covid cards AND ID's so I felt a bit more secure in being inside... with a bunch of random people. Great dance floor size. Great selection of beverages at the bar. Get there early if you want aseat and beware people will put their drinks and such on 'your' table. Read more
