I take my brother here every time were in town, and every time it is absolutely delicious! They are easily better than any ice... cream shop on st Croix has ever been and ever will be in their entire existence. This time I had the Elevens Heaven and it wassuper good! I ordered a custom cake on August 31st to pick up on 09/4/2022 @ 11am. Mind you this was labor day weekend and the streets were... closed off. It took me forever to find parking and showed up at 12. The young lady behind the counter told me my cake wasn'tready and the cake decorator wasn't there and would be back at 2pm. My party was at 1pm. She told me to purchase another cake ata discount and at this point I was desperate for a cake since the one I thought would be ready, wasn't. I purchased another cakeand left. I get home 30 minutes later for them to call me that the cake was ready. I told them I couldn't pick it up because myparty had already started. Long story short, I've called them everyday to get the money reversed for the initial cake I hadpurchased and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK, NOR DID I GET A REFUND! Is this the way you do business?
