Customer service could've been better, even though they're fixing the refrigerator that holds the scooped ice cream.
I take my brother here every time were in town, and every time it is absolutely delicious! They are easily better than any ice... cream shop on st Croix has ever been and ever will be in their entire existence. This time I had the Elevens Heaven and it wassuper good! I wish they would open a shop on my island so I wouldn't have to go across the whole country just to have edible icecream. Read more

Was a regular if this place. Moved away 4 years ago. Decided to go to our old stomping ground. Seems this location is under new... ownership. No longer makes malts, person couldn?t speak English, ice cream now almost 4.00 for kiddie size, ice crystals (old)on most ice cream in case. Decided to call the corporate office since our ice cream was so bad we threw it out. Knew it would beuseless to tell employee since she was by herself and had too many customers and didn?t speak English. Waited over a week forresponse from owner or manager and when I finally got a canned response it didn?t even address my issues. Sad.BR needs to get ahandle of owners operators before another franchise demishes before the consumers eyes. Read more
Most of the food is overpriced and the employees are never compromising. EXPECT to be riddled by requests for tips!!!! Never any... seating either!!!! At least you get some ice cream for $6-7. Read more
I ordered a custom cake on August 31st to pick up on 09/4/2022 @ 11am. Mind you this was labor day weekend and the streets were... closed off. It took me forever to find parking and showed up at 12. The young lady behind the counter told me my cake wasn'tready and the cake decorator wasn't there and would be back at 2pm. My party was at 1pm. She told me to purchase another cake ata discount and at this point I was desperate for a cake since the one I thought would be ready, wasn't. I purchased another cakeand left. I get home 30 minutes later for them to call me that the cake was ready. I told them I couldn't pick it up because myparty had already started. Long story short, I've called them everyday to get the money reversed for the initial cake I hadpurchased and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK, NOR DID I GET A REFUND! Is this the way you do business?
