This place is pretty hit or miss depending on who is helping you out. Today, the lady in charge of serving the salsa/guac/etc... clearly did not want to be there and literally slopped on everything without draining water from the pico or corn, even though Ihad politely requested it. I'm pretty easy going and for the most I try not to post bad reviews unless it's extremely warranted, like today. This isn't the... first time that I've had this experience at this restaurant, but today was the breaking point. I was over charged and paid $16for something that I paid $7 for just the other day. Each person has their own idea of a portion. And I got 3 ingredients in mybowl- shredded cheese, guac and sour cream. She put little baby portions not realizing that it's a meal for me. The guy theother day as well as others have put heapong spoonfuls. So I asked her to put a little more and a little more and they chargedme for 3 portions! They are too inconsistent and it's not fair for me to have to pay double what I pay Monday than what I paidThursday. Even the guy that checked me out at the register was surprised but it seemed as if his hands were tied and he wasapologetic. I will just go to the one down the block from now on. I love Chipotle and eat it often. Unfortunately, I ate here last night (4/12) and now have food poisoning. I hadn't eaten all... day and I woke up sick before eating anything else so I'm sure it was from my meal here. I just wanted to leave this here sothey know to up their cleaning/washing efforts. I'm updating my last year's review. This crew is a rockstar!! They all are smiling and helping as much as they can! My dine-in... experience was above and beyond. Fresh food, great service and clean tables. It's beyond regular Chipotle places. I'm definitelyreturning back, thank you guys. Read more

So I seen fresh steak being cut up and Soni asked for the fresh stuff and instead of them giving the normal spoon full of meat... they used a tiny plastic cup of meat, I said to her that's not the same amount I always get and she said it's the same theyalways give... Mind I live a block away, I go there a lot so I know what I normally get! The picture you see attached is piecesnothing but fat steak! So if you take these out of the little (probably 3oz cup) I got about 1.5oz of meat for about $9!! I justwish these owners and managers would train these kids to do the job right and the same every time! Please care! Read more
First visit, I saw that they put their online pickup shelf inside the kitchen, which I have no problem with because stealing... does happen, but I stood for 5 minutes trying to get a staff to get my order. Second visit, I didn't want to repeat that wait soseeing that the shelf was labeled online pick up I went to get it myself and was ordered to step back, not exactly rudely butwithout much understanding. The Guajillo steak was incredibly dry for such a premium item and seems it's been sitting in thekeep-warm bins for hours. I ordered double protein and clearly didn't get it. The order wasn't wrong and the restaurant wasclean, but I'm not thrilled about this place. Read more
