Great little family owned diner. This is one of those places I bring visitors to the Bay area to impress them. The chicken fried... steak, corn beef hash, and of course, the pancakes are especially good. Everything here is good, really. The only drawback isthe long wait, but it's worth it. Read more

Got in around 9am on a weekday and it was already busy. It got even more busy as the hour went on and eventually just became... pretty chaotic. Servers running everywhere, our order being messed up, and the waiting area filled with people. Food isabsolutely standard but portions are large so that's nice. Nothing special about this place to me. Just another no frills, highvolume diner. Read more

Decent food and coffee. The service was insanely fast. We had our food in less than 10 minutes after ordering. I think the... prices are a little high for the quality of food, but that seems spot on for the area. I ordered an omelette with hash browns. The omelette was good, the hash browns were slightly to soggy for my liking. Read more

I rarely use this word for reviews...but I really believe this place deserves an Excellent review. From the host to the server... plus the prices are still very reasonable...I loved all of it. Tip your server well especially if they're good. They're gettingharder to find these days. Read more

Must try place in Bay Area. They have wide variety of continental dishes and makes a perfect place for your breakfast. Taste... good and well mannered staffs. I am sure you would love this place. They have parking spaces, that makes your life easier if youare driving in ! Read more

VERY tasty pancakes! I had buckwheat pancakes, which are definitely good, but also very dry! I like buckwheat pancakes, and I... knew what to expect, but the consistency was crumbly. The banana pancakes were tasty and exactly what you'd expect of buttermilkpancakes. The eggs were done perfectly to order (over medium for me), and the biscuits were decent, though not supermemorable. I will say, in complete honesty, their gravy is just not good. It's thin, runny, and doesn't have any real meat toit. It had some that looked like it was added to the gravy and had a weird consistency. It definitely wasn't made from scratchfrom the fond of frying sausage or anything like that. It was the most disappointing part of the experience. Though I have zeroqualms about going back (in fact, I look forward to it), and enjoy the good and friendly service, I won't be going back for thebiscuits and gravy, but for the tasty pancakes. After drop off at SFO airport 8 AM, we all were hungry so searched on Google for breakfast near me. Found this place a mile away... with 4.3* and decided to try. We were pleasantly surprised by the architecture and location. Parking was full which confirmedfood would be good and it sure was. Very tasty and sufficient quantity. Biscuit and gravy was very delicious and so was hasbrowns. Eggs bacon and sausages were standard nothing great. Service was excellent and so was the ambiance. If you are in thearea I'd highly recommend this place. Parking is small lot and street side hence one star less. Read more

I absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is great with a down home feeling. I love how there's a opening to see the cooks... prepare the food. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I ordered a supreme omelet which I will now call the gut busterand it was very good. The hash browns are seasoned very well and the portions are very generous. I had the option of going toanother pancake House which I won't say the name but I chose to come here for the uniqueness and the experience. It's definitelyworth the trip and on a main road with ample public transportation. Read more
