Just had lunch here and was very happy with the experience. For a Saturday afternoon, it was busy but not overly so. Was able to... snag a table. The wait for food was about 10-15 minutes, but that's the reality with curbside pick up and in-store kioskordering. They're all now competing with each other as several ordering funnels all end up at the same place. It isn't the faultof workers who have three times the amount of orders at any given time with the same kitchen footprint that a single orderingsystem would feed into. But, food was fresh, flavorful and good size. My grilled chicken sandwich was incredible. This is such agood addition to the Millbrae/Burlingame fast-casual dining scene. Read more
Had a Crispy Chicken sandwich. Overall the sandwich was excellent! The chicken patty was super crunchy. Juicy, saucy. Had... Lettuce, but no tomato.... not sure why because it's really good with tomato. Read more
Very strange outward experience here, i order 2 planted base lettuce wraps without cheese avocado grilled onions lettuce... tomatoes the works?. Always a reliable place to get a hamburger and great location
CHECK YOUR BAGS!!! Ordered curbside pickup from this location and they completely forgot a side (paid for online but didn't... receive), burger was completely default and didn't include any of the customizations selected online, and the fries were old andway under-salted. Food wasn't ready until after schedule pick up time despite restaurant not being that busy (was there slightlyearly and could see inside). Expected some growing pains from a new location, but that was incredibly disappointing... Read more
I just stopped by at 6pm and was told they are closed. I asked them why and the employee said that they are doing free burger... for the 1st 200 customers with the coupon. They said come back tomorrow. So I wind up going to the In and Out burger near by. Onthe google map it says open until 11pm apparently it?s not today I guess. Read more
The only reason I went was to help out the fundraising event from MEF. However I'm disappointed that it required so many loops... to jump through such as you must order from the clerk and that you must show the flyer. Anyways I won't deduct points because ofthat. The place is not small but it doesn't have many tables so if you have a big party or at inopportune time then you won'tfind suitable tables there. They also ran out of water from the fountain while we were there. The burgers are dry and tastelessso no idea why it became as big as they are as a chain. The impossible patty has always been dry which is accentuated by so muchlettuce. The Charred Double is no better. Honestly I'd highly recommend you go get In-n-out instead. The fries are so-so aswell. The only high light is the lemonade and limeade so there is that. Overall, it's a failure in my books. Read more
