I feel like if you order from this place three times you?ll never order from it again. The first time you think maybe they were... just busy and you give them the benefit of the doubt, the second time you just want them to not be terrible. Flew in from Sea-Tac to Newark and was ready for some great pizza. Randomly found Fiamma and was not disappointed. Everyone was... smiling and welcoming when we walked in. I assume I just spoke with the Owner - I placed an order for delivery an hour back and with my kids allergy to dairy asked if... they would accept a large Margherita order with half of it with no cheese and add pepperoni with the other half regularmargherita. The lady gladly accepted the order. When I got down to serving the pizza I see the pepperoni is on the side with thecheese. I called and the person who picked up first asks me if I explained my order correctly in the first place, second hisoffer is I cannot do anything tonight to serve your daughter dinner (it was still 15 mins to their official close time) but youcome pick it up tomorrow if you want it ?on the house? so you can check if it?s done right. I told him I will never order fromthem again (I was a regular). Pitiful and all I?ll say is if you have kids with allergy - skip this place they place no trust inthemselves to deliver right!
