I have used Marcos in Murray for 2 business catering events! There is no such thing as "can't be done" with them. The GM is... incredibly professional and friendly! The same with their driver! Honestly the best pizza I?ve had in a long time? Since the last time I had Marco?s. Had the specialty thin crust white sauce... white cheese extra feta. Comparable to the Rock Creek Pizza Co artisan pizzas, for those locals that have been there. Willdefinitely be back! Read more
The pizza, cheesy bread & wings were great, especially for the price but what really stood out here for us this last visit was... the service. We live nearby so come here for a quick big dinner when we have friends & family over for sporting events or gettogethers but this last time I was in, a gentleman by the name of Cam really took care of us. We got 2 large pizzas, 15 wings &cheesy bread for take out in under 15 minutes of ordering and he gave us all of the promos before ordering so we knew the mostcost effective way to do it along with making sure we got our correct order in on time. Really great team & they really valueyour experience as a customer, will continue coming here for a long time with the level of service we?ve gotten! Read more
First time eating Marcos Pizza tonight. . WOW is all I can say! I ordered delivery online. Easy Peasy! Tracker said order would... arrive at 831pm. Delivery driver called at 8:32pm telling me our order was on the front porch!!!! Right on target! We orderedthe Chicken Florentine pizza. By far the best pizza I've eaten. Everyone loved it. . Not heavy, not greasy. Very impressed!Greek Salad was on point. . Yes. . We ordered the double chocolate brownies. Perfect! We'll order again for sure!!! Read more
The flavors of the pizza were good. Cheesy bread was awesome! But the pizza was undercooked, much too doughy. If you're there to... dine in, make sure you ask that the pizza be well cooked. I took it home and put in the airfryer to cook longer, but would haveenjoyed it much more if it had been properly cooked initially. Read more
Order a pizza and it says it'll be ready at 7:07. Get to the location around that time. Go to the drive up window, just to find... someone sitting there, having talked to the staff, but they haven't been given food. Didn't seem the staff bothered asking themto move their car. This isn't a drive through where you order your food and then get it. The food should be ordered ahead oftime and ready by the time you go to the drive up window. So I decide to go inside. Now I'm told that my order, which wassupposed to be done about 10 minutes ago, is about to go in the oven and it'll be another 12 minutes until it's ready. I get it,it's Saturday night and they're busy. If they wouldn't have said it'll be ready at 7:07, I wouldn't have been there at thattime. Thank you Marco's, for wasting my time. Your food is good, but not worth it when you can't even provide a remotelyaccurate estimate as to when it will be ready. Update. I returned to the drive up window, waited about 15 minutes for the car(same one as before) to finally leave and was then told that my order had just barely went in the oven and it'll be another ~10minutes.... Unless you start valuing your customer's time, I will not return. If only a slightly accurate time could've beenprovided, this entire thing would've been fine but instead I'm given inaccurate times from your app and your staff. Trulyridiculous. Read more
