Manager Trisha turned the drive thru lights off as we were about to order around 8:50 pm. on Friday night then proceeded to tell... us her location doesn't participate in anything for Veteran's Day, despite what was clearly advertized online. She could havejust said they were closing up ad wanted to go home. We went to the nearby KFC and were treated much better and didn't need aflashlight to read the menu. Taco Time is comfort food for me. I am happy this one is still around. they are fairly quick, but keep in mind, this is not a... Taco Bell etc. so it will take longer than most people like. cant go wrong with just the Soft Taco. Dont forget the BavarianCreme Empanada! Read more
On way to work, just grabbed a Crisp Meat burrito with a ice water. Perfect snack before work. Prices are way more than I like... to afford, I remember getting same food for under 5 bucks 10 years ago. They should add more items to the menu as well. Read more
BEWARE!!THEY DON'T ACCEPT GIFT CARDS FROM TACO TIME BEWARE. Tried to use a gift cards that I bought from Sam's club got to the... window and it was 40 dollars. they said their gift card machine "wasn't working" so I had to pay out of pocket 40 bucks plusthe gift cards i already bought what a joke. sent a corporate complaint the GM calls me back nothing resolved. sounds likethey don't really care. at least put a sign on you windows saying you don't take gift cards from TACO TIME. needless to say Iwon't be going back there. Very fresh ingredients and now they have Horchata! Small location is the only drawback. While I was there a guy came in from... Kansas and visited Taco Time just for the crisp rolled tacos. Much better tasting than other fast taco's. Read more
I love Taco time! They have delicious tacos & tots, and i love their cinnamon crusto chips! they are the best. In addition--... their soda is nice and syrupy, so they also have delicious drinks!!!! Great place!! Will definitely be back!!!!! Read more
This Taco Time on state street is like a little shack Taco Time. Still thought they would serve me fresh food. I guess not? I am... very dissatisfied. Wish I could do negative stars. The mexi fries (tator tots) were not hot they were cold, old, and crunchy.The regular tacos were so nasty I didn?t even finish it. I?m not sure if the shells are supposed to be so stale you can barelytake a bite. They were nasty and old. Not to mention the Hispanic older man just staring at me and my friend the whole time.Made us feel uncomfortable. I will say they got the food out pretty fast. Probably from grabbing pre made old food from theback. I spent way too much on this very nasty food. Not to mention I?ve been running to the bathroom w an upset stomach fromeating bad nasty food from here. I want my $12 back. I would have returned it or make them make it fresh that day. Yet I was ina rush and had to leave right when I got the food. At least a review might help some people to not go to this nasty Taco Timeshack. Read more
This has got to be the absolute worst taco time in Utah. No extra toppings whatsoever, I ask for a taco w/no lettuce and they... don't add tomatoes? I didn't ask to hold the tomatoes, they have ZERO TOPPINGS! NO HOT SAUCE VARIETY, NO JALEPENOS, ONIONS,CILANTRO. NOTHING THAT MAKES A TACO GREAT.
