Nice place probably the cleanest , even the food its nice and neat and organized but this lady there named Alex ???????????... rolling eyes and all very bad attitude like im supposed to build my sandwich the way she likes it or god knows what, maybe shewas having a bad day but i hope she changes her attitude , just yesterday though about giving this place 5 stars and today itwas like a cold bucket of water in my face with this lady. Went in with the coupons to take advantage of getting a cheaper sandwich deal .the store would not honor buy one get one... free,then I tried to use the 12 99 buy 2 sandwiches for 12.99,but then there too,I could not buy any beef sandwich or butgrinder.why is subway producing these coupons,when the stores do not honor them,,where is Connecticut attorney General youshould be on top of this. Came into subway today to a friendly greeting around 5:30 and it was empty but then a light rush happened after I walked in. My... food was made quickly and with care and quality. Definitely a good subway experience thanks guys. Read more
I don't know where to start tbh. Can I give zero stars? This location used to be decent but I have had a few horrible... experiences here on my last couple of visits and am now completely done with them. First off, they have had issues receivingorders online and blamed the subway system each time so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I have never had that issue atany other location. And on this last visit, the girl did not change her gloves from the previous customer, which is disgusting,and we're passing cucumbers and other ingredients with the girl next to her who was making a sandwich for somebody else, doubledisgusting! She then ripped the wrap when trying to wrap it up and then tried to put the old wrap in a new wrap by scraping thecontents with her knife into the new one. What kind of joke is this? The owner was even there and watched the whole thing. I wasspeechless. Needless to say that the sandwich did not make it to my car. I threw it out immediately and will never be comingback there again. I would not recommend ordering online from this location. Make sure you see how they prepare your sandwichbecause lord knows how they do it when nobody is watching. Read more
Staff are friendly and pleasant. The restaurant is always clean. I love eating at Subway and this location is by far my... favorite. They make great sandwiches that are full of fresh ingredients. Read more
