I went here on Sunday before Halloween to get some Sesame chicken. While in the drive thru the lady said it would be about 5-10... minutes because they were cooking it. When I got up to pay the chicken was ready immediately but I didn?t question it. I wenthome watched the Bears vs Cowboys and devoured the Chicken around 2:30. Around 7:30 I started throwing up for about 3 hours andwas then taken to the emergency room where I was given 2 IVs. This is my last experience at Panda. Not only is there now achipotle right next store, but Panda provided me with the worst food poisoning of my entire life. Read more
I?ve never ate Panda Express so any of my criticism goes directly towards the chain restaurant itself. Nothing to do with the... location or customer service. I would like better options as far as choosing whether or not I want vegetables in my noodles orrice. The food was actually pretty good (minus the egg roll, it just wasn?t my favorite). I wouldn?t go out of my way cominghere unless I was craving the walnut shrimp or another choice of meat you wouldn?t find anywhere else. Because they don?t servegeneral tsos nor sweet and sour, I would rather go to Hibachi Express. A whole better experience and never disappointed. PandaExpress itself could use some improvements. I would like to think customers would want sauce packets in their bags as well. Ididn?t see Panda Express having much to offer on that end. I also think the appetizers are overpriced. But I give this place a3.5 star because the food was pretty good. If you?re familiar with Panda Express and you like Panda Express then you shouldn?thave any issues with this location aside from having a poor customer service experience. Read more

Look, I know it's hard to balance take out, drive thru, and in person orders. It's hard to strike the right balance. Let me... tell you what absolutely doesn't work. Allowing the in house person to stand, unacknowledged, for over 7 minutes and then whenorder is finally taken acting as if he just walked in the door. Read more
Good experience here! The food was great, everything was clean (especially since the place was new), and the staff was... courteous. Nothing really sets it apart from your average Panda experience, but then that's kind of the point of chains. Samewell-priced, medium-quality Asian cuisine you get at most any Panda. Worth going! The staff doesn't pay attention to customers or care about them and when you order in dine in or drive thru they have the worst... attitude someone could have, and is so bad that with such good food they have bad service. Read more
