First visit and was only one in at 3pm. Owner greeted me and spent lots of time discussing his menu and foods. This isn't just a... business. It is his passion and you feel it speaking with him. Best food in Milledgeville. I come here every time I'm in town and they are such a blessing. I travel all over the rural... southeast for work and have a very difficult time finding good, fresh, quality food but Pho Little Saigon is always such atreat, leaving me feeling nourished and grateful for high quality food at a very fair price.
