I went there last night. They only did one car at a time. Which had me sitting in the drive thru for 35 mins, with only 2 cars... in front of me. Then I get to the window, pay for my order then, I was Told to back up to the yellow pole until my foods done.Why the hell did I have to do that? I've never in a million years been asked to back up. Maybe pull up, or pull up to a parkingspot. Read more

My Mexican pizza was good. I had plenty of the sauce I asked for. However, while I was waiting the server asked me to back up... "behind the yellow pole" away from the window while I waited. That was odd, like why? I don't know maybe management will tell mewhy if they read this. Read more

This Taco Bell needs to shut down because the food and service are TERRIBLE!!!!My son was pulling up to the drive thru one day... and a young guy that was taking the trash out threw his hands up in the air and asked why you got to come here ,go somewhereelse and that?s exactly what he did,this world has gone to hell,they need to realize if they keep doing a sorry job or betteryet not doing their job,without customers they won?t have one,I?m so disgusted by their behavior ,the only time I will get TacoBell from now on is if I go out of state ,I miss when this Taco Bell was good which was at least 5 years ago???????????? The girl with the orange hair at the drive thru today was extremely rude, I guess nowadays people just hire anybody. Asked for... something and she mumbled and had an attitude like if u can?t do the job that ur supposed to do n have an attitude, u need tojust not work. Very unprofessional. The food was great. The service was garbage. The girl working tonight had a super nasty attitude. After ordering our food, I... asked a question to make sure she heard about the drinks, and she mumbled under her breath, over the speaker (I was asking ifshe heard that we wanted large drinks, because the screen still said medium...to which she mumbled "ughhh, oh my Goddddd.") Wethen pulled up to the window to pay, and when she was handing our drinks to us, she never said anything other than "huh" (not asa question, more as a "take your drink" kind of deal). She then brought out the food to the car in front of us and wascomplaining that she didn't want to be there, and that she was ready to go. Luckily another guy brought out our food, and he waskind. Update: Well I attempted to give them another chance. After MULTIPLE times of being told that they aren't taking drive-thru... orders after waiting in line. I finally took the hint and parked immediately and went to go in. Only to get yelled at fromacross the store that THIS time that the dining room is closed and that I have to go get back in my vehicle and go through thestinking drive-thru! I don't know why I keep coming?! I just keep hoping that someone will do something to improve this issue. Iordered a CHICKEN power bowl....I literally received less than half a tablespoon of chicken. You can't go complain because thedining room is closed and I would have to wait in line, AGAIN. Plus anytime we've had an issue we get treated like it's ourproblem, not theirs. So we've just started accepting whatever we've been given. But I won't keep paying 7 bucks for a bowl ofsauce. Or to be treated like it's an inconvenience for me to show up and order food from them. Maybe I'll try again in a fewmonths and see but since the surveys that we do aren't helping this was my only option. I even have to ask for receipts and amoften given on without a survey code. It's as if they know they are giving horrible service and don't want the surveys to bedone. Hmm... Previous Review:Most of the time it's great. Here lately there has been unclean dining room and restrooms. Snootyattitudes from the "ladies" at the register. GM claimed they weren't willing to take any orders through drive thru and dine in. Was ready to pay for my food and would have... been willing to wait for it understanding short staff means a longer wait yet she immediately denied me of service. Read more

This location is generally consistent in quality and good at handing out the correct order, but slower than other Taco Bell?s... and other chains. They frequently have to reboot their system, taking an hour, and don?t tell the cars which have been waitingin line for an hour they aren?t taking orders until they reach the speaker. Also, aside from the manager (who?s always friendlyand efficient) the customer service is poor and makes me not want to go back. Mobile ordering doesn?t help much because theyhave never had my order ready when I arrive and I end up waiting the same time as if I ordered at the restaurant. Read more
