Service was fast but order was incorrect and nuggets was cold and hard. Really a hit and miss depends on the manager working.
There's NO consistency at McDonalds. It all depends on the Manager. A good Manager will communicate (positively) with customers.... Everything was good this day. Dining room was messy and bathrooms needed attention. Read more

This McDonald?s used to be great! Ordered yesterday and our hamburger was wrong and then was told to park and go in to reorder... what we were supposed to already have had. Ice cream cone looked weird. This McDonald?s used to be my favorite to stop atbecause the food was always hot and the service used to be very good. Need new help at pick up window...2nd time with her and she is still confused on how to get orders to correct customer. And... this time I ordered at the 1st drive thru Menu, last time it was the fartherest to road #2 menu. McDonald's has a bad rep in alot of places, included my hometown of Sylvania,GA. This one was in Millen, GA. We had fast,... efficient and correct service. No issues. I should've pushed the envelope and tested them by asking for a Milkshake...lol. Greatjob guys! Read more
Phillip the manager makes this McDonalds worth the stop! He goes above and beyond for his customers. The restaurant is clean,... food is fresh, and staff is friendly. We make it a priority to stop in and see Phillip and eat and this McDonald?s every time wecome through town. Read more
Every time I've ordered a triple cheeseburger it turns out to be a double and they still charge me full price. Decent wait at... counter sometimes as staff seem to prioritize drive-thru over the front. But not too bad ???????? Read more
