Food, drink & staff fantastic. Only thing unpleasant was really loud due to bad acoustics during Sunday brunch, with bday party... in dining room. Could barely have conversation while eating at bar. Loud, at our dining room table (too near the bar) on a Saturday night at 6:30 pm with a reservation. My wife ordered the pulled... pork tacos. See the picture. Excellent flavor. My pulled beef steak was salty and tough and had too much fat. See photos.Tasted OK. My Moros (rice and beans) was 90% rice and I was disappointed. It was my 1st time here and I have to say it was an overall nice experience. There was about a 15 minute wait but that's... understandable on a Friday night. The hostess and manager was very friendly as well as our waitress. The food was delicious andplated very nicely too. The only thing that would need improvement was how the busboy cleaned the tables, while we were eatinghe was cleaning the table next to us and sprayed the windex in a stream and it hit us and our table and my salad. I wouldstrongly advise put it on spray instead of stream, it would be much better. I will be dining there again, see you soon! Read more
The place is very small. The food is not authentic Cuban food or Mexican . Neither is it a combination of both. The staff is... very friendly. The owner is very attentive and makes you feel at home . A bit overpriced for what you get which for the areait?s not ok. If you are looking for a good drink on a Friday night then by all means go there .
