CALLING CORPERATE ON NIGHT SHIFT MANAGER! I called to ask if they were open because hours are wrong online, and the night shift... manager answers the phone and says open till 1 click. Pretty rude to hang up on customers. Then she had an attitude at thewindow (same girl) and just dumped both things of fries upside down in the bag and when I called back to complain she justdidn?t say anything and remained silent and ignored me. Expertly cleaned inside the store. The food and friendliness of the staff made our stop enjoyable. The food was very good!... Definitely pass by here when traveling so might have to make more stops on future visits to our son and daughter-in-law's home.Great atmosphere! Read more
Ohh my goodness ???? I enjoyed it so much and feel super excited again ???? and again when I decide to wet my whistle as they... say. Especially if I get a good deal on beverages or swallow an entire large soda or get energized with a sugar free ice coffee??. The restaurant has excellent customer service ???????? Went through to grab a quick bite on lunch. Luckily my food was good because the customer service was lacking. The cashier whom... i believe was also the manager, slammed the window open and didn't say a word, just held out their hand, took the money, andcouldn't even manage to say a word. Everyone looked angry and the only thing said was by the girl at the end who told me to havea nice day. Maybe some more customer service training is needed. Read more
This is the sloppiest and slowest McDonald's, I've ever visited. It shouldn't take 27 minutes being 3rd car in drive thru. Then... get drink and have to ask for napkins to wipe cup which is dripping with whip cream and chocolate. Read more
