The audacity of this manager is beyond me. My husband ordered pizza and wings and the pizza is undercooked ?squishy dough? ... happens everytime?I?m furious cause we literally have to ask them to cook it longer to get a decent pizza. I ask him not toorder from here but he loves the wings lol anyways I called and I started to complain to a guy that answered the phone and Istopped and hung up cause he was so apologetic and was ready to fix it and I don?t think he deserved my rage but at this point Idon?t want anything from them I suggested they cook it longer and hung up.. this raggedy female calls my husband back and saysoh your pizza isn?t raw I put it in there for 8 minutes...He just agrees and hangs up because he just listened to me go off andnow she?s calling him going off on him.. poor guy just wanted some pizza. I'm new to millersburg so besides east of Chicago pizza, pizza hut is the next option. The first time I ever ordered from here... my order was messed up and I called the store to tell them my issue. The person who answered the phone was unprofessional andrude. I asked to speak to the manager and she made an excuse not to get on the phone so that was not resolved and basically Ifelt like it was a oh well response to me. Then tonight I ordered wings for my son and I and I paid for ranch dressing and Ididn't get it. Yet again the unprofessional manager offered me a $2.00 refund and I wanted my dinner not two dollars. So an hourlater I get the dressing to eat with my cold dinner . Unbelievable people Read more
Manager called my phone 2 times I didn't answer. I called back she started screaming and cussing at me telling me to never come... through her drive thru again when asked for the corporate number she said they don't have corporate. Then brought up that myhusband didn't take the job there over a year ago! Read more

They didn't answer their phone,so people get pushed through to their call center to place their orders. Employees at call center... took the order, card information, and address for delivery. When delivery came, they wanted paid for the order again. Driverwas not able to take card information. So he took the food back with his tip he got for the food we didn't receive. Employeecalled and asked what happened when driver came back with food.Ran the card information again. A different delivery driver cameto deliver food again. 40 minutes later we got the same food, now cold. Will not be getting our business again. Read more
They made a mistake on our order but caught it before bringing it out and fixed it. Apologized and told us about the extra wait... time. I really appreciate that from a business. Food was great. Would definitely go back! Read more
We have great service and good food. Place was very clean not dirty. No problem here and no complaint
