Horrible service. They will get any and all online orders before yours, even if your standing there in person waiting. Waited... 20 minutes a few weeks back with only one person in line in front of me. The manager (Pam) fixed 6 footlong subs (onlineorder) in front of me while I waited patiently. Once it was my turn she had the nerve to fix my sandwich along with the ladynext to me. We weren?t together and she knew it. After I confronted her as to why this is taking so long and why she?s making mysandwich along side someone else?s, she actually took my 1 sandwich, put it on the counter behind her and told me if I don?tapprove how they handle things I need to go elsewhere. She wasn?t going to let me buy my sandwich. Needless to say I left withmy sandwich I waited forever on. I contacted the owner and he won?t even respond so he probably could care less. Save yourselffrustration and go to Berlin! Much better service. Read more
The most regularly disappointing subway I've ever been to.. and somehow it feels like the woman who regularly made said... disappointing sandwiches is now training the rest of the employees. They never heat meats for the sandwiches long enough, youcan't put cold chicken cubes into the toaster and expect it to be warm in the tiny time you use to toast bread. And (surprisesurprise!) it's usually cold. These 'artists' never listen to any modifier words... ask for a "tiny bit more" or a littlemore...nope, you're getting a massive amount of whatever it is. Then when they can barely fold the sandwich up and wrap it allsloppily in the paper they give you a single napkin... Also whoever at subway corporate changed the pepper jack cheese into anasty melty piece of wax needs to be fired. Read more
I was at this location today 4/13/2021 the person at the register treated me disrespectfully threw my food out and threaten to... call the police on me, I did not deserve this treatment I was discriminated upon and treated like garbage. She accused me ofbeing rude to her staff which I was not. No one deserves to be treated like this, this place needs to be managed by professionalpeople. Read more
I don?t usually write reviews, however my visit with my family far exceeded my expectations. Jamie and Pam were very friendly... and personable. My group of nine ordered and our food was exactly what we ordered-Pam even checked back with us after we wereseated to make sure that we had everything we ordered. Jamie went out of her way to put tables and chairs together for us. Whatwas truly remarkable is how both ladies said that the franchisee they work for takes good care of their employees. While I?mnot in the area often, I?ll be stopping to support this business whenever I can. Read more
Im not one to write a bad review unless it's really bad but The worker this morning (8/31/17) didn't say hi or hello or... anything. She put her gloves on and looked at me. She didn't smile didn't didn't talk to me or didn't even put anything in a bagto go. I had to ask for a bag to go. All the other times I've been here I've gotten great service. Just not this time.
