No complaints really about the food, but the prices are starting to get a little over the top of you ask me. It used to be when... you thought Taco Bell you thought cheap eating. Not so much anymore. And what in the hell is up with the stupid kiosk that yoursupposed to order from, there's no back button. That's just freaking annoying. I prefer a real person just takes my order. If Iwanted to order from a kiosk I'd go to Scheetz gas station where the kiosk actually work. Read more
Feel sorry that they are constantly short staff, and I always try to be as patient as possible with the crew! I'd rather them go... slow, learning and accuracy are way more important than getting your food fast. The team is brand new and last week theyapologized and said over speaker that it was going to be a wait to take our order. They were doing one order at a time. Normally, I like Millersburg Taco Bell, but today was just awful. My taco was cold, and when I went to the counter to get a new... one she was snooty and rude and took it and didn't even offer another. There were no hard taco shells, and I was okay with asoft taco, but I would have liked lettuce and tomatoes!! But apparently they were out of that too. The staff were insanely rudeand talked about "pyscho customers". Not to mention we waited 30 minutes!! To make up for it an employee threw coupons at us for"One free taco".
