I guess McDonald?s now giving one patty on Big Mac?s. Prices going up and I?m getting less for what I paid for.
I ordered a mcnugget happy meal with extra fries and no sauce. I received 0 fries, but no worries they gave me syrup instead :)... I acknowledge that the drive thru was busy and things were probably pretty hectic inside but it was not a happy meal. Read more
Went to the drive through for an early dinner (around 4 pm), and the wait was incredibly long. After placing our order and... getting through the line, we were asked to wait for our food to come out. I ordered a #1 meal at 10:45am. Everything was cold, stale bun & hard fries. I figured ordering when lunch started my meal would... be warm to hot. It was awful. I need to start using a different McDonalds near my home. Don?t know what happened to thislocation since renovations but quality has been awful. Read more
The night shift definitely rocks. Whether it's 10 pm or 2am. The manager lady (not sure of her name) always has things under... control. Even when she is short staffed. I commend her for keeping cool in a high pressured environment because the drive thruline is always crowded. Best part is my.food is always hot and fresh. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Went through the drive-thru and it took 12 minutes to get 2 plain hamburgers and a sweet tea. The car behind me blew their horn... for the folks in the restaurant taking so long. They were about to give me the wrong order until I spoke up. Should be morealert and courteous. Read more
Great service! I left there a few minutes ago and everyone was super friendly. I have had some bad service there some times to... time. But the girl a the Drive-through was awesome and was super friendly as well as the Young Gentleman who brought my food tomy car. I have social anxiety about ordering food that?s why I always use the app. I didn?t feel rushed when I checked my food.I work with the public and people can be rude all the time and it?s nice to get great friendly service. The Millersville restaurant has to be THE WORST McDonald?s I?ve ever visited. The morning crew bust their butt?s, and I... appreciate that?but, the evening crew continually drop the ball on customer service and, getting what you pay for. If I?mpurchasing a medium fry, why isn?t the container FULL? Otherwise, I would have purchased a small. Way too much fooling aroundwhen customers are present and, entirely too much attitude from the employees. The evening crew act as if they?re doing you afavor. I realize dealing with customers and the many personalities isn?t easy but, it?s ridiculous the lack of service thisstore shows (evening shift only). I won?t be spending anymore of my money there. I?d rather drive to Pasadena (Sun Valley orMountain Road) their crews understand what customer service is all about. Read more
