AFI shouldn't be on the morning shift if she's not a morning person! Her customer service skills at 11:15 am are deplorable.
Came for the chicken, left because of the service. Waited longer than I want to say without embarrassment only because I already... paid. It got to the point of waiting far too long I asked for a refund. Two employees in the whole store. Cashier was on herfirst day and didn't know how to do a refund. Had to wait for the cook to get the refund. Terrible waste of time. Read more

I love Royal Farm's chicken. I looked at menu n found family meal of 8 prices of dark meat $9.99.. my daughter came out with... remarks about total was $35.. I gasped 'What?'. She only got 4peice. Supposed to be dark meat two legs n 2 thighs for $10.99. Iwas very upset n went back in the guy behind the counter told me "that's not our price, or it's expired or you have wrong store." If it was for online orders only, he could have told me that. The mash potatoes were instant n gross. I won't tell anyone togo there for a long time. I was so embarrassed.
