Usually my favorite fried chicken; however this location had very little to offer and the chicken was dry. Was told that they... did not have multiple items and would have to wait 20 mins or more for several others. Please address this so I can come back! Read more

Came for the chicken, left because of the service. Waited longer than I want to say without embarrassment only because I already... paid. It got to the point of waiting far too long I asked for a refund. Two employees in the whole store. Cashier was on herfirst day and didn't know how to do a refund. Had to wait for the cook to get the refund. Terrible waste of time. Read more

Not the best Royal Farms out there. Disappointed since my only other experience at a RF was great. Definitely understaffed.... Chicken sandwich was good, but there was something off with the fries. Read more

I love Royal Farm's chicken. I looked at menu n found family meal of 8 prices of dark meat $9.99.. my daughter came out with... remarks about total was $35.. I gasped 'What?'. She only got 4peice. Supposed to be dark meat two legs n 2 thighs for $10.99. Iwas very upset n went back in the guy behind the counter told me "that's not our price, or it's expired or you have wrong store." If it was for online orders only, he could have told me that. The mash potatoes were instant n gross. I won't tell anyone togo there for a long time. I was so embarrassed. He didn't even look on my screen on my phone which had this information . Sowatch price's between online menu n N which store.. you really need to update prices. Read more
