This starbucks is usually pretty good if you come during the week. Drinks are made right and taste amazing. Sometimes the... drive-thru line takes a while but it's worth it. The only bad experiences I've had here have been on the weekends so I try toavoid this location during that time but overall a great place! Read more
Typically my experience at this location is great. I enjoy coming here when I have to study and today was one of those days... where my wifi was out so I decided to come here. I dont know what was going on today but the ladies were not very helpful (theone girl working the register gave me a suggestion when I wanted to retry the apple crisp macchiato so she is definitely anexception) however everyone else was rude. I decided to try coffee for the first time about two weeks ago. My experience was golden. The second time I learned the... difference between venti and grande. This Starbucks was terrible. Drive thru was wrapped around the building which is fine. We decided to go inside and just grab a... quick coffee. What actually happened is the lady at the register was chatting with what seemed to be a friend who also works forStarbucks (not today) for over 10 minutes before we just walked out as we were the only people in the entire Starbucks at thattime. The rest of the Starbucks was cranking out drive thru orders and this lady just ignored us and the additional people whoalso jumped in line and were waiting patiently by the time we left. Had the worst experience here last week. I am a bit soft spoken and the person taking my order couldn?t hear me so Layla (the... manager that day) stepped in to take my order and was SO rude. Wouldn?t let me complete my order without saying ?ok what else?in a demanding way. So when we went to pay at the drive thru window I asked for names. Layla was present and I confronted to herabout it and she decided to cut me off and say have a nice day and thought giving ?free drinks? would shut me up, but of courseI refused her absurd behavior and paid for my drinks anyway. I wouldn?t have her on my staff. I?ve worked in customer serviceand that?s not the appropriate behavior to deal with customers. Read more
5/14/22 This Starbucks in comparison to the one located at Waugh Chapel is a 10/10. I know that anytime I go to this location... that I can count on them to have Nitro Cold Brew or Cold Brew coffee in stock. They are very prompt with service and I?ve neverreceived an incorrect order. The inside of this Starbucks is clean, has ample seating and stations for electronic work. Theemployees are friendly and provide helpful recommendations. Read more
