Ordered dinner tonight to go. Sat there for 30 minutes. Milk shake was completely melted. Returned it on the spot, and instead... of issuing a refund, they charged my card a second time. I didn't catch it until I got home. Worst steak n shake experienceI've ever had. This place will not get another cent of my money, ever. Food was good. We didn't realize that the dine in closed at 6 so was a little upset about that but other than that it was pretty... good. The burger was a little small, but tasted good. The fries tasted good but weren't very big. The shake was very goodthough. Read more

What a rip off! The single burger is the thinnest piece of meat I've ever seen! The milk shakes all had half whipped cream/... half milk shake in a small cup. Very disappointing and won't be going back. Our family of seven with four kids meals, threeadult size meals dropped $65 and were still hungry after! The employees at the drive through had food stains and dirt on theiruniforms which was gross! The only reason this isn't a one star review is the burgers had nice fresh pickles, lettuce andtomatoes on it. I'll give them credit where it is due.
