Ordered dinner tonight to go. Sat there for 30 minutes. Milk shake was completely melted. Returned it on the spot, and instead... of issuing a refund, they charged my card a second time. I didn't catch it until I got home. Worst steak n shake experienceI've ever had. This place will not get another cent of my money, ever. Food was good. We didn't realize that the dine in closed at 6 so was a little upset about that but other than that it was pretty... good. The burger was a little small, but tasted good. The fries tasted good but weren't very big. The shake was very goodthough. Read more

I live this place. A variety of shakes and monster juicy burgers. They should have more of these in the DMV area but whenever... I?m close I ALWAYS stop by. If you like Kit Kat, Reece?s, along with strawberry, banana, and chocolate shakes with candy in themthen this is the spot. Oh yeah their burgers are good too! Read more
What a rip off! The single burger is the thinnest piece of meat I've ever seen! The milk shakes all had half whipped cream/... half milk shake in a small cup. Very disappointing and won't be going back. Our family of seven with four kids meals, threeadult size meals dropped $65 and were still hungry after! The employees at the drive through had food stains and dirt on theiruniforms which was gross! The only reason this isn't a one star review is the burgers had nice fresh pickles, lettuce andtomatoes on it. I'll give them credit where it is due. Save your money, grab veggies at the store and your burgers else where! Read more
