I go to subway a lot with my grandson he loves the bread it is always fresh
I was very disappointed on my trip here the other day. I ordered ahead of time using the app. Usual when I do this my order is... ready when I arrive. This time I got there and there were three other customers ordering and nothing in the pickup location so Iwaited. About the time my sandwich was ready the place got busy; however even though the app said my simple steak sub on whitewith nothing added was ready it was till not in the mobile order pickup. I waited about 15 minutes longer and then waited inline. When asked what I wanted to order I showed the first my online order. She walked away and I go no other acknowledgementabout my order. I waited there until the next person asked me the same thing. I repeat it that I was looking for my mobileorder. This time the guy walks over near the cash register, picks up my sandwich and brings it to me. He said next time youdon't actually have to wait in line you just have to go to the register and they will give you your mobile order. No whilethat's great, I would think that if the mobile orders have to be picked up at the cash register then you would either put a signon the mobile order shelves over move those shelves all together. Needless to say since I ordered my sandwich just before noonand didn't get it until 12:40 p.m. it was soggy, not warm and not so great. Read more
All right I tried to be kind about this but after my last few visits I'm very disappointed. First every time I come to this... location and ask for 9 grain honey oat I get wheat bread instead. And when I questioned about said bread I am told that thisproduct is what I asked for. Second, I don't know if management is lacking but every time I come on a Saturday there is alwaysone person there. Just one! I'm not angry at the sandwich makers. Honestly I feel sorry for them that they are made to work bythemselves. Third, why is it that every time I order a pepperoni pizza and I watch them put it in the oven it's mostly raw bythe time I get home? I'm less than 5 minutes from this location and I have to put this pizza in the microwave. Is the toasternot working right? Or do employees not know which button to press to toast properly? I will be reasonable to say that I knowtimes are tough and they may be short-staffed. But that is no reason for one person to run an entire store alone. Someone frommanagement should have been there to assist the employee. That's just my two cents. Honestly if you're looking for a top-notchSubway in the Pasadena area in Maryland then I suggest the one on Mountain Road right next to Pizza City. 10 years and I'venever had a problem with that location. Wonderful! Back to the issue. I know the management from this location and they do havea habit of leaving their employees to fend for themselves. They also own another Subway in the Southdale shopping center in GlenBurnie. Don't know how much has changed at that location. But if you're in the mood for subs while in the area might I suggestsomething from a small mom-and-pop shop instead? Plenty of choices to choose from around the area. Read more
No common sense or efficiency here. Create longer lines and wait times for no reason. Why wait 10 minutes standing there for an... order that?s clearly ready. Just hand it to the customer and move on, especially if more than one person is working? Read more
I?ll echo a few other comments that either the manager or owner, a middle-aged woman, is extremely rude and off-putting to the... point where I walked out, with my sandwich 3/4 of the way made. She was uncomfortably rude and disparaging to her younger maleemployee who was obviously new and needed some training, and then she turned her sourness towards me. She told me that I askedfor too many vegetables, and that the sandwich could not be made. I was surprised but also not surprised that she decided to berude to me and lecture me, too. So I looked at the younger employee, told him I felt bad that he worked there, and walked outthe door. That lady is awful, beware. Read more
Im only giving a 5 star for today febuary 6th and my order and how nice they were very polite and make my simple order as i... like it . Fresh green lettuce . Fresh tasting seafood . Soft warm great itailan foot long . All ingredints are perfect butshouldnt they be . Judge at your own visit i havent been here in many months . Read more
