This is probably the most consistent Taco Bell in Maryland I've been to and the staff are always nice. I do get disappointed on... portions occasionally and like most Taco Bells, it could stand a good cleaning. Read more

i went in to eat and sat on the bench in the very corner and it gave out from under me before i even fully sat down because the... leg had been broken and just put back under the bench without actually fixing it. a man who witnessed it told the manager onduty, and all the manager did was take the broken leg and bring it in the back. didn?t block off the broken bench or anything.ten minutes had passed between the man speaking with the manager and us leaving and still nothing was done. i pulled over thebroken bench so it was leaning on the floor to block anyone from sitting on it so they wouldn?t get hurt on it since the managerdid not feel it was necessary to do so. I ordered an sausage egg and cheese hash brown breakfast crunch and I liked it.I went to get a second one and I was... disappointed.They gave me a breakfast crunch but it wasn't the same one I ordered,they were out of the one I ordered so theytook it upon they're self to give me another kind without asking me.When I complained about it they said well now it's lunchup,would you like something else.I said ok what's good ? Chalupa was supposed to not have chipotle sauce, it did and I?m allergic to an ingredient in it. Two beefy five layer burritos... were supposed to have no beans, well they had beans but no nacho cheese. I don?t know what happened to this Taco Bell in thepast few months because they used to be amazing but my last two experiences have been horrible. I called to talk to a manager(Sarah) her response when I listed off the issues was ?ok well what do you want me to do? then ?it?s a mobile order you can?tget a refund you can come back tomorrow and get your food? I told her I cannot today that I am busy, I can come back Friday andher response was ?then you can come back Sunday?. So your restaurant messes up my order and you dictate to me how I can get theissue resolved and when? That?s not even the only problem, I caught one mistake at the window with my son?s taco withchicken/potatoes/rice on side so all they wanted to do was argue with me at the window the whole time until the store managerheard what was going on, he fixed it. Obviously the rest I didn?t know until I got home. I understand that the mobile appoptions don?t always transfer over to the restaurant system but that is a company?s issue, not consumer. Read more

I usually order ahead from their app and pickup. The order is usually ready within 1-2 mins. Drive thru also clears very fast.... If you are a night owl like me, this store is open 2-3 am on most days. Read more

The staff is always friendly & do their best to fill orders. No complaints from me. Like most places these days, they need more... help to cover the high volume of business. Unfortunately, that issue is out of their control. Kudos to all that are working &doing the best they can. Read more
