Went there 11/16/22 at 7:30pm. The drive through attendant was great! Her voice was pleasant and she let me finish my entire... order without saying??Is that it?. She did not disappoint when I came to the window she was pleasant and had great customerservice. They did forgot one fry. I went into the store and the gentleman at the register was just as friendly. They all werejust so nice, I couldn?t be mad about the fries. Not that would I be, none of us are perfect. I hope this team stays! I willeat at this Wendy?s more often. Thanks for great service. I placed a mobile order for a breakfast sandwich, clearly mentioning "no sausage" on the order customization. Repeated the "no... meat, just egg & cheese" option at the drive-thru window but when I came home I found there was sausage in both sandwiches andno egg. Just not sure how can they mess up the order like this. When I went back for refund, the store manager was not evenapologetic and called me rude! She told me to come back tomorrow morning for a replacement as the breakfast hours were over andshe'll not issue me a refund. She grabbed the sandwiches and threw them in the trash and told me she'll call police on me. Tohave some proof that my order was messed up, I asked the sandwiches back to take a photo but she didn't give them back.Absolutely the worst customer service one can experience in the fast food restaurant industry. This store is just asking for alawsuit. Read more

I travel throughout the continental U.S. and this is the first Wendy?s in such conditions. The restroom was very dirty, the... fries were stale and had a funny taste, the salad also had a funny taste, and the staff? although polite but unprofessional. Read more

The service here is trash, went for breakfast the doors were still locked at 9 even tho its says there open at 730, drive thru... only. Went for lunch waited about 8-10 before someone acknowledge me to take my order, despite mutliple employees going pass andmaking eye contact. Did receive food quickly after ordering. Read more

I?m a local door dasher and this establishment costs me a lot of money every single day, it?s 6pm and the doors are already... locked even though they advertise the dining areas closes at 10, and I?m behind 15 cars. This is getting ridiculous they need tojust close this location down. This has been going on for over a month now, and I can?t just decline the order because thatmesses with my rating and ultimately my job. I have no problem returning the favor and leaving a 1 star review everytime thiscrew messes with my money. Ask for their corporate number, apparently they?re not obligated to give it out or let me speak witha District manager. Looking through all the reviews this place has, it seems to me they?ve been too under staffed for almost ayear now to open the front, if that?s the truth I?m the second coming of Jesus. Read more

Completely unprofessional at this location. A cook just told me he?s a manager and if he needs to step outside over the... incompetence of ?his crew? been here multiple times and there?s always a 400+ woman sitting in the drivethru, not taking ordersjust handing them out, and they have the audacity to say their understaffed and need to close the front. They don?t pay attention ever to what order they are putting out. It?s like what?s the point of taking an order when you?re just... going to send what you want out the window. They never answer the phone so you can tell them about their mistakes. Like youliterally have to take everything out the bag and check to be sure it?s what you paid for. Also always get a receipt because 9times out of ten you won?t get what you order. Read more

Twice now I?ve been here and the drive through is always long. More than 15-20 minutes long which is unacceptable. Burger isn?t... hot. Totally disappointed!!! Read more
