don't go to this location! the employee was some dude who was on his phone while making the smoothies. i love tropical smoothie... but sadly this location always screws up my order. this was the last straw for me, tons of mango chunks were getting caught inmy straw so i went to dump it down the sink and the fruit chunks at the bottom were huge (photo for proof!) it used to be ablessing having a healthy food place so close to campus but i'd rather not keep wasting my money. The smoothie/wrap combo @ Tropical Smoothie is great! The thai chicken wraps are my absolute favorite. I love that I can use the... app to order & it's ready to be picked up within 10-15 minutes. So easy for me to use on a night that it's only me eating. Read more
I ordered from this location once was not impressed with the smoothie, today was in the area and decided to give it a try again.... Once again pure disappointment, the smoothie tasted like nothing and was watered down. It was a waste of money once again. Iwill only order from Centerville Rd from now on. Read more
I love this location, the workers are normally very nice and the food and smoothies are normally great. Seems like the mask... policy is optional for some workers though. Edit: 3 months later, same worker still no mask. Training other workers to not weara mask too. Read more
I wanted to get a combo meal including a smoothie and was overcharged for the smoothie even after asking the cost when with a... meal. I would have received the correct price online (went and checked price) so I guess I’ll just order online next time. Iwould have asked for this to be corrected but large groups of people came in and I would have had to wait quite some time. Asmany places they are probably understaffed. Also the apples in the kale apple slaw were brown. I love their food as a healthieroption but it’s just too much money for not decent quality and getting overcharged. The girl who took my order answered all my questions. :) The only reason giving a 4 star is... because it seems like there’s a new guy there and a couple of the workers were being kinda hard on him :( I felt bad.
