A waitress, not ours, another one, was pretty rude to us over having 3 kids, two in high chairs and one in a stroller (not sure... what else they wanted us to do with a new born, who can't sit in a high chair). Said we were blocking her way and tried to shovethe stroller over to the side where no one would be able to watch the baby. Though she never came by again the whole time wewere there. Everyone else in our party of 6 adults and 3 children seemed to enjoy the food but my seafood bake wasn't great.The waiter we had was great though. Whatcha your bill though, because a couple of things on the receipt was named somethingdifferent than it was listed on the menu (Cajun pasta with shrimp became an Alfredo dish, that kind of thing). Guess thisparticular restaurant doesn't want large parties (2 of the kids also got orders) or maybe just doesn't like kids. Read more
Prejudiced workers who treats black customers different than white customers. Food was horrible. Tough chicken strips. Cold... fries. Chewy ribs. Disgusting service. A bunch of frat boys mishandling the food pretending to be chefs. Garbage. Save yourmoney. Dont eat here. Read more

Same as ever other Chili's, food / drinks with tv's and a bar. The customer service here was great though. I would defiantly... eat there 3 times a month just for the service if I lived there! Read more
ItsJustWings order processed and picked up at Chili?s. They did not everything for my order but already paid full price online.... Chili?s said to call DoorDash as their partnership with ItsJustWings is through DoorDash. DoorDash said to call Chilis. CalledChilis and spoke with Manager who told me to call DoorDash. What a SCAM. Food. 16-count Wings were way way overcooked so muchthat the flats were just rock hard with meat fused to the bone. In addition, I ordered two flavors but both sets of 8-Inca werejust plain dry fried chicken wings no discernible flavor or seasoning. Chili?s doesn?t appear happy taking/completing the orderbut manager states ?it is a corporate decision?. Lame Bottom Line, run away, run very far away and don?t order ItsJustWings. Amazing food, lovely waiters and waitresses, they were so nice and friendly, very welcoming. the bathroom floors are a bit... slippery, and every waiter/waitress is unique in their own way! Read more
Our food was served room temperature. My husband got the fajitas and there was no steam..like it didnt seem fresh. My... quesidillas were dry and room temperature as well. There were dirty tables as well. Our waitress was nice, thats why I gave 2stars. Never again will come to this location. It does not have the Chili's vibe! Read more
