They deserve -5 stars not even 1 star. They charged my husband's card 3 times and don't even have a number to talk to someone... about the problem. There robbing someone. Really hope they know how wrong this is. Do not use a credit card here. Read more
Sunday morning, half dozen people in line. Older gentlemen probably the manager, THE ONLY ONE WORKING! He did an amazing job of... taking care of the customers. Waited in line for over 40minutes and never made it to the speaker. I heard the employee tell the gentleman at the speaker (two... cars in front of me) that when he was done with the orders before him he would take his order but that it would be a while. 20minutes went by after i heard that before I decided this was ridiculous and pulled off .. I drove 11miles to the closestkrystals because I love their breakfast and wanted to treat myself ... ended up wasting a tons of time and gas only to driveback home hungry and disappointed. Do better. I ordered through door dash. I received my order and I was missing the steamer pack. We went to Krystal in Millington to show... them the receipt and were rudely told it was our problem not theirs. Will never go back. You need to hire employees that careabout giving good customer service. Read more
The three guys behind the counter were very polite, but the place was dirty, with boxes and bread stacked around. The register... doesn't work so the guy would write the order on the back of his hand, then wipe it off after he entered the order at thedrive-thru window. Read more
