This is the worst restaurant in millington tn. The lobby is closed 90 percent of the time especially at night. Then it takes you... anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to get your food. And then when you do your missing things. I have a video of a worker withher back turned twords me at drive thru window and another worker standing at the counter texting on her phone laughing. The service was excellent but. Ordered a 3 piece tender and a 5 piece tender. Got two three piece. The dirty rice was the worst... I ever tried to eat. The chicken tenders were not completely cooked so we threw them away. We are traveling so going back wasnot an option. Read more

This customer service was very good. The slaw is excellent. The chicken was very tasty and NOT greasy. The beans and rice was... so good! The young lady at the window had such a pleasant yet professional manner. Overall a very good experience and I will beback soon! Read more

Awesome chicken sandwich for a good price.

This place is a joke..the drive thru person was extremely rude..I ordered two 3 piece meals and specified white meat three... different times and got home to all dark meat in both meals. Plus the red beans and rice were bad and smelled sour. needless tosay over half of the $30 meal was thrown in the trash...I would not have put this online but I attempted to contact the storeseveral times and no answer and voice-mail was full..as a consumer paying this much for an over priced meal you just hope it'shalf way decent,or you atleast get a polite smile through the drive through window while your getting screwed out of your hardearned money..thanks for nothing I honestly hope the whole crew looses their jobs Read more

I went to Popeye?s get an 8 piece box of chicken, dark and spicy. I was told they could not sell me the 8 piece box because the... was only 3 pieces of spicy chicken in the bin and that had to be sold before they could cook more. The last I checked if I buy 8pieces and there are only 3 in the bin, you have sold the chicken that?s in the bin and you can cook more. This strange businessmodule is why I?m giving the Popeye?s in Millington, TN a single star. Jack?s was a little over a mile down the road and in thedirection I was going. They don?t mind cooking more chicken if they don?t have enough in the bin for your order. That is where Ihad lunch and loved every bite. Went to Popeyes in Millington and ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich combos and 1 classic chicken combo, what they gave me was 2... bone in breast regular and one old regular boneless chicken breast. As you can see they placed the bone in chicken bresstoutside of the bun, this is not what I ordered and when I called they didn't answer the phone, terrible business ethics and noway to treat paying customers.
